Overview
The closing part of a Casted Floating Ball Valve is a sphere, which rotates around the centre line of the valve body to open and close the valve. The ball valve is mainly used for cutting off, distributing and changing the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. The ball valve has a spool ball that rotates freely between the two seat seals with the help of the stem. Casted Floating Ball Valve is used in petroleum, chemical, power station, metallurgy, light industry, natural gas, sewage treatment, municipal environmental protection and many other industries.
Casted Floating Ball Valve is small in size, light in weight, simple in structure and the ball has a free floating function which ensures a good seal. In addition, as the ball valve uses a ball with a circular hole as the opening and closing member, the ball is driven by the stem to rotate 0 to 90 degrees around the centre of the stem to complete the opening and closing function. It also has the characteristics of compact structure and rapid switching, turning 90 degrees, you can close the valve, cut off the pipeline media.
